About the Program
The Political Economy Minor is designed for all Business majors. It teaches the relationships between economics and its role in society and politics.
Focus of Study
Given the applicability of economics courses to political studies, students are encouraged to pursue the Political Economy Minor.
Degree Requirements
The minor in Political Economy requires 24 credit hours of coursework, 12 of which must be upper-division (3000+ level), to be taken in both the Economics and Political Science departments. All courses must be completed with a grade of C- or better.
